Gas prices

Just saw a blurb that gas prices in Aruba are $12.00/gallon makes STJ look like a bargin !

That's probably the Aruba Florin, which equates to about $6.70 in US dollars.

We paid $4.20 in Coral Bay, and it was more in Cruz Bay. Our cab driver on St. Thomas said it's like $2.50/gal. on St. Croix because of the refinery.

Just back from STX - gas prices ranged from $3.17 to $3.36 a gal for regular, depending on where you were on the island.
Aruba has a refinery, too. Wonder why gas is so high there.
