I'm interested in doing a day trip from St John to Virgin Gorda. Leaving
early and coming back in the early evening. Does anyone know if there
is a ferry directly to Virgin Gorda from Cruz Bay and if so, the schedule?
Can't seem to find anything online. Thanks
Ilene

Here is a link to Speedy's Ferry:

You may want to check into a daytrip, we used Limnos a couple of years ago, they picked us up at the Park Service in the morning, went to the Baths, they served lunch on board, then to Norman Island for snorkel and dropped us back at the NPS late in the afternoon.

Hi,

For other days (other than what is listed above), you would need to take a ferry to West End, tortola, taxi to Road town, then ferry from Road town to Virgin Gorda.

We did this in reverse last week as we spent a week on VG before our week on STJ - we left VG at 10:15am and arrived in Cruz Bay at 1pm. A long trip for a day trip.

But, snorkeling around the Baths (Devil and Spring Bays) is quite good when it is calm. The trail through the caves is fun as well.

Have fun,
