Got here around 7:00 (our greeter was an hr. late) so we sat at Aqua Bistro and had a few drinks. The villa is amazing with such awesome views. Photos "some come". We had a couples massage today and now we are totally in vacation mode. We are completely sold on the Coral Bay side of the Island. The breezes are heavenly. No need for AC and haven't had any bug problems. (I'm actually chilly at night!)
Hitting the beach tomorrow and meeting some people from Mass. we met at Shipwreck Landing for cocktails tomorrow. Watched a fisherman bring a beautiful dolphin fish to the Chef at the Aqua Bistro and that was the "Catch of the Day" today. God, I love this place!!

I love the live report! So glad that you are having a good time. I love the Coral Bay side too, and Shipwreck Landing is one of my favorites. I'm very jealous right now....have a drink for me!

Coral Bay is where it's at!! Don't you just love Aqua Bistro?? It was our fav last June. What villa are you staying at? I'm so excited. Today is my packing day and we leave Tuesday for Bonaire for 8 days and then STJ May 1-15. Keep the live reports coming.

We're meeting some people we met last night at Shipwreck for cocktails tonight at Aqua Bistro. They had a great guitarist there on Thurs. Lots of Clapton and that bluesy funky music. Really good! I doubt that we will ever stay anywhere but here in Coral Bay. Our villa is Pink Horses and it is more than we expected. Apparently this side of Coral Bay gets all of the breezes and it is really comfortable.
It's a two bedroom and we would HIGHLY recommend it. Check out Memory Daze too. It's brand new and wow is it awesome. It's right up the hill from ours.
Trip Report: Saw a crab on the beach. Cool!

And a
fat guy in a Speedo. Not so cool...

Had the camera out ready to snap a pic of "Speedo Man" (sort of like Superman but without the ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound..or barely get his ass off the beach chair..

)but Crash (my husband)said, "What if he's a Forum member and you post his picture.." So I didn't..I'll look for him again...

Here is a pic we took last night of the moon over Coral Bay. Best I could do with what we use. Hoping to get over to BB later this afternoon and get together with some people from the forum. And then a trip to Miss Lucy's for the full moon party!
p.s. CG thanks again for the assist. Wish you were here so I could at least buy you drink!
