Doesn't really matter this trip, because we are all set. Next time, we are going to get at least 5 villas for a giant group of people doing a reunion. Anyone have experience with trying to get 40 people housing all at once?

Villa fish has nearly 200 villas listed for STJ and they can help you select the right locations for your large group. For instance, they can try to get you all in the same area or into a few large villas like Villa St. John.

Talk to Jack over there. He used to work with VIVA and has knowledge of a lot of houses.

I had 33 people on island for my wedding. I worked with a booking agent and she helped me find villas in the right price ranges and nearby for my group - oh, and that were available at the same time. It was a challenge but it can be done.
