While some were arguing with a stealth wanker regarding a posterior pimple on Peter Bay, I was reading about meat. I'll skip the Unimog, start doing ox cart tours, and clean up on my STJ business: aged Galician Oxen Steaks.

Still reading Steingarten - now I'm looking for a 12 pound mature rooster for coq au vin. Another STJ opportunity.
