While some were arguing with a stealth wanker regarding a posterior pimple on Peter Bay, I was reading about meat. I'll skip the Unimog, start doing ox cart tours, and clean up on my STJ business: aged Galician Oxen Steaks.
This is a great article by Jeffrey Steingarten regarding a rare and obscure tasty meat treat.

I'm with Margo. I'm having a hard time getting past stealth wanker.
Hey, all I gotta say is keep those Basque guys away from the STJ donkey and goat population!

Still reading Steingarten - now I'm looking for a 12 pound mature rooster for coq au vin. Another STJ opportunity.
