Compass Rose has a very nice view and great sunset. Have a great time!

Maybe the Balcony? They have a decent sized bar that kind of faces the water. I just don't remember if the view is obstructed.
I remember someone had a beautiful photo from the bar at Joe's Rum Hut, looking out over all of the bottles to the ocean. I have not been there yet myself.
And, there is always the Beach Bar!

The Balcony is a nice place for sunset cocktails - no obstruction, gorgeous view.
If you want more upscale, the bar at Asolare has a heck of a view of Cruz Bay. For casual drinks, the Beach Bar can't be beat.

There is a new place in Wharfside across from the old Larry's Landing called Waterfront Bistro. Very nice bar... great drinks and a view of the beach and sunset.

Another vote for the Balcony. Marcia and I have had many a sunset cocktail up there. Great view.
