Hi - We are considering a private taxi from the airport to Frenchman's Reef where we are spending our first night (thanks to Marriott points!) before heading to St. John. I've been quoted $65 including luggage. This is for two couples. Didn't sound too bad to me. What do you do for tipping in this situation?
