When Maho's gone...

We stayed at Maho the first couple of times that we went to STJ back in the 80s. We'll definitely stay there again before they roll up the tents--out of appreciation and nostalgia. I'd love to see the property bought by the trust that saved the lands around Big Maho. It would be very sad to see those hillsides start to go the way of so many other areas of the island. The eco-tents are just tucked in there so tastefully. Stanley is increasingly developing Concordia, but Maho just has a special place in my heart.
