Last year, our group chartered a boat with Flyaway Charters and they were fantastic. We hit the Baths, Cooper Island, the Indians, Caves, and the Willy T. Everyone had a great time.

This year we are looking to do the trip again but were are looking to see some new areas. Most of the other sample trips I have seen are to Jost and other areas which to me seem to be more booze cruise destinations and that is really not our thing.

Does anyone have any other good beach/snorkel spots or other "off the beat path" BVI destinations that they would recommend for our trip?

Thanks,
Eric

John Brandi likes to do Smugglers Cove on Tortola. Another funs spot is the East End of JVD for Foxy's Taboo and the bubbly pool. Sandy Spit is fun too.

We just returned last week. Chartered Lion in da Sun out of St. John for a trip to the BVI. Although we did snorkel at the Indians and Caves, that was what we'd requested since it was our first time there. The young men (brothers) who own Lion in da Sun will cater the trip based on your likes and dislikes. They have a cooler on board with water and ice, but, otherwise, you bring your refreshments and snacks. We had lunch on Peter Island which was awesome -- right on the water with a steel band playing. Also went to Smugglers Beach, but didn't snorkel. Swam to shore and had blender drinks from blenders hooked up to car batteries. Josh (owner) was very knowledgeable and it was a terrific trip. Don't think you'd be disappointed with them.
