The Cruz Bay Cam live from St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands is not so live. Or has someone put the people into a suspended animation. Guess that’s one way to stay longer on the island.

Glad I wasn't the only one that thought those poor people were suspended

Oopsie, I was on the run today and in the store and I wasn't on the computer enough to notice. We manage the camera for gotostjohn.com, but we're at home now, so Ron will reset it in the AM. It'll be dark here soon anyway.
Sorry!

Ruth, speaking of getting dark, what time does it get dark this time of year?
We'll be there in 15 days and it's our first time this late in the year. We ususally come in July or August. Here in the Midwest it gets dark around 5 p.m.

WOW – Those folks on the dock must really be tired of holding their bags. They haven’t moved in 24 hours. Hope they have lots of sun block on.
Ruth – just kidding around here. Whenever you get a chance, can you reset the camera? That picture is our glimpse into paradise. Thanks

Thank you Ruth for resetting the camera. We can now get my STJ fix again. Looks like another beautiful day on STJ.

My theory is that the camera is working fine. All those people - and the ferries - are just on "island time".
