Techniice results

We are on St. John now. I packed our cooler at 9 am, layering one sheet of ice for each sheet of meat (already frozen) and everything accept the top layer was frozen solid at 4 pm the next day.

The top layer, while still frozen, had just a little bit of softening. (Someone in the family openned it and put in our travel clothing.)
