My wife will be devastated. She loved their monkey-bread french toast.

But, on sale for only $225k, eh? Does that include living quarters? I make a mean egg sandwich. I think I have just enough in my 401k, or at least I did on January 1st. Ooops...

That's a bummer - it was our favorite breakfast place, even when we had to wait in line. I imagine JJ's is probably busier these mornings.

I understand the "evening" restaurant is also closed - I think "10 Tables" was the last?

Chilly Billy's got their monkey bread from Baked in the Sun. We picked some up there on our last visit and it was delicious toasted...

Oh shoot. My kids will be so disappointed. Chilly's is somewhat of a tradition for us. We have lots of happy memories starting our days there with a breakfast burrito and some Trvial Pursuit. Once upon a time we were a pin in their map because we sent them a postcard from home. There were pins and postcards from all over the country. :( RIP Chilly's. Best wishes to the former and future custodians of that sweet spot.
