Coral Oasis Villa - anyone familiar?

with this property? Just looking for some feedback as we've booked this villa in late May-early June.
I understand it is a relatively new property so reviews may be hard to come by.
Any info is most appreciated.

VIVA! manages the villa and I've had very good results with them. They give a 10% discount on returning renters for the villas they manage. They are honest about answering questions, I would call them whether you find reviews or not.
The way the villa is positioned you will not get any afternoon sun. The good news is that May/June the sun will be high and you will make the most of the sun you get. This looks like a beautiful morning spot.
The listing mentioned Kings Hill Road. I wonder if that has been paved since my last failed attempt to drive up?
