Change in villa management company

I just got a letter from a management company stating that the owner had changed companies and that a new agency was representing the villa. Have you had this happen to you before? Do you think I should insist on a new contract? Of course, I put down 50% cash on the rental.

if you got a letter from the old company and not the new I would want something in writing from the new place. just to make sure you don't get lost in the shuffle.

Yeah, I'd ask for a contract with the new agency to avoid any "that was your deal with them" type discussions.

Thanks waterguy, its so nice to have friends in high placed!!!
I was worried about a 3-party contract. It sounds like I'll just get a new contract for us.
This is for Allesandra in November with MrB and MrsB. It looks like our third couple is still up in the air. Pat & Janet are now unlikely since it looks like Janet has to be in Seville that week. Big Red and Becky are still tentative: "Don't count us out Ricky." So it goes with the couples!
Worst case, I'm drinking MrsB's Blackout Punches in the hot tub with the B's. Not too bad!!!
