I've been searching through old posts for info and feedback on various underwater cameras and came across a post about the forthcoming Liquidimage mask/digital camera that It looks like it will go on sale this spring. Here is a link to some sample photos and video. Unfortunately they are just in a pool, so it's hard to tell how well it would capture sealife. No zoom either. I'm skeptical as to the quality, it seems more like a toy but it's a great concept. http://www.liquidimageco.com/home/sales.html

With the intention of staying under $300, the Sealife Reefmaster Mini looks interesting. Even adding the $69 wide angle lens the price is right around there. The website shows sample photos that look very nice. http://www.sealife-cameras.com/

Can anyone here recommend the Reefmaster Mini or comment on other comparably priced underwater digitals? Sorry if the subject has been done to death but there are always new products coming out to talk about.
