Bordeaux Falls Villa - anyone ever heard of it?

A few months back, I talked to a guy on the phone (thru work) that was building a house named Bordeaux Falls.
It was under construction at the time and he said if you are ever in the neighborhood, stop by.
He described the access as originating in the area of the overlook, by the restaurant.
Anyone know it?
