I'm looking for a place for this summer and thought this one looked interesting. I'm trying to make myself get away from Cruz Bay for a change and the price seems really good.

We stayed here a few years back and liked it. The location is really convenient - kind of the middle of the island.

The bedrooms are separte from the living area (and separate from each other). We liked the concept for travelling with another couple. As it turned out, the other couple couldn't make it. We thought the set up was kind of a pain in the butt...up and down the stairs. locking up two rooms, etc.

The view is wonderful, albeit a bit windy at times. The pool is very private.

Overall, I think it is s nice villa - and to your point, at a reasonable price. The villa company is great. We rented Tree Tops from them, which is one of favorite villas - not much of a view when we were there, but I heard that they cut back some of the trees.

Thanks for the info. We ended up deciding on another villa about 1/2 away from Viewtiful. In Aug., I think a little wind might be nice.
