What is worth shipping ahead?

Trying to decide whether or not to ship stuff ahead this year... Given that a 10 pound box is going to cost $20-$25 to ship ahead to USVI, what items beside the can't-find-on-St. John hair care products are worth the expense and trouble of shipping ahead?

Chelsea Drug has all of the personal items that we need. We take our snorkel gear as a carry on. That leaves nothing that I would ship ahead.
If someone in your group has allergies to particular products than I would consider shipping ahead if checked luggage is not an option for liquids.

We traveled with someone that has a severe allergy to sea salt so we sent ahead snacks that he could eat. Many snack foods have sea salt and he is the kind of person that has to eat every other hour, so it was a no brainer for us.
I think it costs around $20 to send, it got there in 14 days and was more than worth it for us.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that we routinely carry on only.

Here is my list of things to ship ahead so we can try carry on only this year:
Shampoo and conditioner
Contact solution
Sunscreens (we use a LOT)
Body lotion
Shaving stuff
Toothpaste and brushes
Face cleansers
Face moisturizer
Bug spray/towelettes
Disposable razors
A beach bag
Camera batteries
Coffee, splenda
Snacks for the diabetic
Breakfast bars (the only kind we like)
If room exists, dvds for the teenager
I have on hand smallish sizes of everthing perfect for one week. Whatever is left over, I will either trash or leave for next guest.
I want my carry on bag to be light enough to heave over my head into the storage area on the plane.
It's worth it to me to spend a small amount to send the box ahead.
