What did I have when I saw it? My 70-200 zoom? No, my 2 megapixel, non-zooming phone (that should answer your questions, Anthony....). Oh well.

Saw a zillion donkeys in Coral Bay yesterday and had a good dinner at Pastory. Still driving ok, but I did playchicken with a Jeep Commander on the road past Maho. He was hogging my side. His mirror lost. Hey, I only want my half.......

It's 67 here today, so while admittedly not frigid, that Maho pic still makes me yearn for St. John. Stupid donkeys. I was the one who was so excited to see them and I only saw donkey poo. Ah well, at least I get to try again in October.

Rain, rain, go away. Been raining all day. I get stir crazy fast, so at the first peek of sun I (like a dummy) jumped in the Jeep to head to a beach. I was a bit premature. I am now sitting atop the Trunk overlook in a monsoon contemplating those 3 hairpin, steep uphill turns I have to now make in this downpour to get back to the villa.
