It's a cute handbag and it looks like it's made out of Virgin Islands license plates!

I can't see your photo, but I love that bag. Did he buy it for you on island? I've tried finding it for sale online with no success.

Hubby's r soooo cool! great gift! & i also recieved the island license plate frame for car!!! i love to look at it when it's snowing! it seems to help....... well a little anyway!
