LSU Fans

I read about a lot of LSU fans on this board, I'm a VT Fan but I found this hat hanging on the beach, So took a photo for all of you. Did one of you leave it behind. It was there all day at Cinnamon Bay.

Kirk - for your sake I hope your team is better prepared than the last time you played an SEC team (which would be, of course, my Gators).
One word of advice for the Buckeye Nation - don't assume that all you have to do to win is show up.
I don't know how many times I heard "why did you even bother to show up?" and, "it's not IF we're going to beat you, it's by how much".
Kind of left a bad taste as far as OSU fans go. But one day you can fix that, by you and me knocking down a few on one of the beaches in your pictures!

Nah augie I'm not that type of fan. I hope they were just kiddin around in the spirit of the game. We wouldn't play the game if that were the case. That being said.Tressel has been an outstanding big-game coach, winning 3/4 BCS games and dominating Michigan. This gets lost in the shadow of the Florida spanking we took last year. Lets not forget the 2002 National championship one of the most exciting games I've ever seen.The game should be a good one this year. I'm betting Tressell learned something from last year, may the best team that day win. And yes that would be great to have a few on the beach someday so you could see were not all that way.

cptnkirk, I know you're not, and I know that all - nay - most OSU fans aren't like that.
...but I still want to drink with you on a beach on STJ - just to make sure!

I'm banking on OSU having two losses this season. One to LSU in a couple weeks and the other one to IL.

As another Buckeye fan in the forum, I guess have to chime in...I hope it is a good game. That 2002 championship game was insane! I hope this year's game is just as close. The BCS rankings was a complete trainwreck this year and hopefully they'll come up with some kind of playoff system. But I guess that discussion is probably best continued on ESPN.com forums. Either way, I'd like to join you guys for a beer on a STJ beach. Go Bucks!

Actually, CaptKirk, I noticed we'll be on island at the same time. Maybe we'll get to have a beer on the beach after all!

I lost an LSU hat in the water over by Smugglers Cove in May. It was yellow...but the one pictured isn't mine. Geaux Tigers!
