Kudos & a shout-out to Ruth

Just had to tell everyone what you probably already know: what wonderful service Ruth gave me over the phone when ordering several items from St. John Spice! I ordered from her last Friday & my package arrived perfectly today....really only 4 business days! She is one example of what makes St. John so wonderful.....the people!
Thank you Ruth! Looking forward to seeing you in person next May!!

Actually Ron is the one to thank. He packs all the orders. He's been a Priority Mail Packing Machine for weeks. He's a little tired, though. Maybe I'll thank him for you tomorrow.

Good evening Ruth from cold NY,
We haven't met yet, but hope we do after all the nice things I hear about you, Ron and St. John Spice. I was wondering if you have gift certificates available? We will be down in April and I would like my gourmet cooking son to pick out what he would like when we are down your way. I'm interested in getting a gift certificate to arrive by Christmas to NY. Is there anyway that could be possible? I am really sorry for what seems like short notice,especially since your hubby is being overworked. We have a fax if you could just scan or something quick like that. I'm computer challenged so I don't even know if that made sense or is an option. Thank you.
