Last Minute Villa Help

Well... on Friday I found out that a really great blues musician was playing in St John the week prior to Easter. He is from WI and we've seen him a few times and would absolutely love to see him in St John. So we're seeing if this is even doable...
Air should not be a problem, but the villa is the kicker. We would like to have a villa Mar 13 - 21. We would like to have at least a two bedroom near Cruz Bay with comparable suites with room for two teenagers. They can just have a fold out sofa. So far in my research, I'm really not finding anything. Can someone help? Maybe I'm not looking in the correct places? I've gone out on the Villa section of this site but was wondering if there are others that maybe I'm missing.
Please help we need to book quickly...
I can't believe I talked everyone into it again after only 11 months of being there this past April

What is your budget and your must have list (pool, hot tub, view, etc) and will you have a car? I will start looking.

Try
www.seaviewhomes.com or any of the St John rental companies. They usually are happy to refer you to someone else if they don't have any availability. Estate Lindholm (
www.estatelindholm.com) is also a good bet for last minute reservations. It's not a villa but it is located near Cruz Bay, the rooms are nice, and the prices are reasonable.
Good Luck.

Larry

Thanks for the responses so far
We really would like to stay less than $800 per night. Must haves would be:
Cruz Bay side
Good size pool
At least 1 king bed if not two.
Nice View
We will have a car
I guess this covers it. Thanks again for your responses

I saw two villas I'd never heard of before, but they look very nice, Pink Conch and Bombalassy. On Great Cruz Bay Harbor. The photos look amazing, but no description . They are listed with Caribean Villas.

I don't know if it's close enough to Cruz Bay, but we stayed at Sundance Villa in August rented by Cloud9 Villas and it isn't fancy, but it in good condition, very clean, has two equal Master Bedrooms plus a 3rd bedroom for the teens with two twin beds. The pool wasn't fancy, but it was large enough for 6 of us to be in. It only took us minutes to drive to Cruz Bay, but definitely no walking. It is definitely pretty affordable!
Just a thought!

check out Splash Cottage in Great Cruz bay. It is only available the 16th-22nd though. Would that work?
We were there a year ago and loved it and it would be great for teenagers. Indoor pool-really really fun. You are also so close to the Westin you can wade over, the kids would love it.
Also try Serenity Villa. There are two similarly named villas. This one is on Maria Bluff (same general area). We were just there. It has incredible views. The house is nice. It isn't as luxurious as some but was more than adequate. We really enjoyed it there and the views of St Thomas and other islands/sunset, cruise ships etc...were so striking we spent our entire evening outside every night. It would work fine with teens. The bedrooms are in a different building than the living room so noise would we no problem. Also there is a downstairs bedroom that is bland but the kids would be fine there if they wanted to be further away.

If all else fails, you can try Lavender Hill Suites
http://www.lavenderhillsuites.com/. We've stayed there before, and while not the same as a nice villa, they do offer a swimming pool and a great location right in Cruz Bay.
