We're thinking about renting a house on St John this winter. We've been
there 3 times before and love the Rendevouz Bay/Chocolate Hole or Fish Bay areas. Has anyone heard about heavy building in these areas? We heard last year Fish Bay was overrun with cranes and jack hammers. I'd hate to wake up to any of that. Peace and quite is my goal. Let me know if you've been there and have seen any of the construction or if anyone has told you to "stay cleaar" of any area.

We drove over there in June, and there is still a lot of construction in the Fish Bay area. Honestly though, I don't think you can get away from the construction right now. It is everywhere. The good news is that the workers seem to stop at around 3 PM.
