Please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Vie pass away recently? Is someone else running the Snack Shack now? I've noticed in people's trip reports they've eaten there or paid to go to Vie's beach. Just curious.

Miss Lucy passed away - Vie was alive and well last month.

Miss Lucy passed away right before we got there. Her funeral was during our trip. Vie, however, is still alive and kicking as far as I know.

I am pretty sure it is. I don't think she was involved in the day-to-day operations anymore when she passed.

According to an article I read, Miss Lucy's son has been running the restaurant for several years.
