Thanks everyone! I'll post more tonight after I get home from work.
Charlie was great of course, and he did Devil last. He has 2 or 3 band members, out of 5, that have been with him for over 30 years. They are as tight as they ever were. And hearing them again in person makes you realize how good they really were back in the 70's. Amazing!
Kygirl - no, I didn't watch the CMA awards. I forgot all about it being on. I forget what I got into that night.
Charlie was up at the University as a part of our Homecoming. This is my sons last one and he is thick into the music, the parade this afternoon and then manning a geology booth tomorrow and the game against Troy tomorrow. He is really going to miss college life and is kind of bummed that he finally has to leave it up there. I think he would be a perpetual student and stay on campus if he could.

Love those pictures - there is something about St. John at Christmas time - just gives you a warm feeling (esp when your stuck in the already 30 degree weather)...
Hey, nothing bad about being a perpetual student (except what it may do to mom and dad's retirement). I say that as I wish I could go back and become a perpetual student!!!
Happy Friday!

Hey Coden, great pictures!
My friends' band, Cross Cut Saw, opened for Charlie Daniels last summer here in Loudoun. Both bands were awesome!
