Didn't someone stay there recently? This is on the short list for August and I woulld love to get some thoughts.

Oooh... August. I just got our flight for August. When are you going?

We were there from 10/15-10/22.

You can see some pictures imbedded in my trip reports, or if you prefer, I will have an online photo album up in a few days.

We absolutely loved the place, and I'll be glad to answer any questions you have.

I will have to find your report! I thought it was you but I wasn't sure.

I will be staying next door to this one in a few weeks. Will try and peek in the windows for you

Hi Mary Beth - will you peek in the windows of C9 too I think it is close by! I know Seawatch is up there too but there are so many darn houses on Gifft I'm still confused.

My new Avatar is #1 dog MAX...I'll add #2 dog MOOSE and #3 dog ORPHAN ANNIE later...These guys are the only reason I come back home from SJ at all.

I will sure try and scope them out for you! Never been up there before so I will have to learn my way around.

This statement is on the Cielo Vista villa listing...

"Discreetly tucked in to the lower level, the caretakers suite has a separate private entrance .The caretakers are often in residence and greatly respect their guests' desire for privacy."

Did you have the caretakers make any uninvited appearances while you stayed there?

Would Cielo Vista be a good villa to work on those "no tan lines" ????

The caretakers (owners actuallly) were not in attendance when we were there, but the way things are set up, you could still skinny dip inthe pool even if they were.

I have heard from a number of folks that have stayed at Cielo Vista when Nancy and Chris were there, and they all said that you never even know they're there, unless you need them for something.

I would unhesitatingly(?) stay there again, and whether or not they were on site would not factor at all into my thinking.
