USdespAIR inconveniences us again...

So, I tried to check in for my flight online this morning, and kept getting error messages. I did the online chat with a representative, who told me this:

"unfortunately, we have a glitch that isn't permitting our passengers to check in online for St. Thomas. I apologize for the inconvenience... No, we don't have an estimated time of fix. This has been ongoing for approximately one month."

Figures. Has anyone else experienced this? I know it's no big deal to check in at a kiosk, but can't they do anything right?

Sorry for the rant... STJ soon come!!!!

I haven't had it recently but I feel for you. They are the worst! They do have us locked in because they are the only direct for us from Philly.

I'm sure you'll be fine at the kiosk. It will all be worth it once you're there. Have an amazing time!
