Someone, somewhere, sometime talked about how we should have a best of VIOL!
Any takers...I have no idea how anyone would judge these, I just think it would be interesting to see opinions and perhaps get a good laugh.

For best trip report I vote for the one by "Obsessed Much". I think it was May or June of 2007.

laura posted some wonderful trip reports and pictures from her wedding trip. She has a great writing style that entertained many of us!
One of my favorite threads was when linne was asking about going to The Baths, and wasn't familiar with a noodle. Anthony posted a very
interesting picture to illustrate.

Now I've gotta' think about this thread for awhile! I'm thinking I really like Bob & Anita's underwater pictures, but there are so many to choose from!

I guess I should give my own 2 cents. Knowing this is all subjective & could change with the next day's posts...
best on land photographer: VickiH - just something about the color composition and casual but great quality of the photos
best underwater photographer - I have to go with Bob & Anita with Liam's Aunt a close 2nd due to the abilty to recall whats what alone!
best photo! - Currently Budman's rumbled bed with sun
best trip report - Obsessedmuch
funniest poster - JT, hands down for me.
drunkest poster - um....I won't go here
best off-topic thread - Gender Breakdown
best drink inspired by the forum - Cat's Tie Me To The Bedpost....

Agree on liamsaunt and Bob & Anita for the underwater pics.
Linnes trip reports gave me the most laughs and a really different perspective.
Many many others do a great job on TRs that are appreciated by all.
I know it takes a lot of time and effort to do a detailed report, but dont get intimidated by the long ones - even a few bullet points/observations and a few photos would make us happy and is "payback" to the generous folks here.

I've told Vicki before that she is my photography mentor. Not just for her beautiful photos but her approach as well. We have some exceptionally wonderful trip photos on this site, but her's get my vote.
