:P We stayed at this villa October 20-27 for an our anniversary and birthday celebration and absolutely loved it. The scenery from the balcony was breath-taking, and the owner, Greg, has equipped the villa with everything you would need. The villa is new, so everything is in great shape and clean. There are 2 TVs w/cable, DVD and CD players (with an impressive collection of movies and music for your use), the kitchen has stainless steel appliances with all of the extras you would need (we cooked a few nights while there), a washer and dryer in a basement area under the villa, and a dipping pool outside with a huge deck and beautiful landscaping. There is wireless internet too. The villa is on a hill overlooking Coral Bay and convenient to the restaurants and markets in Coral Bay. The road to the villa is a little steep, but not too much for our 4WD Suzuki Grand Vitara to handle. Wonderful location for a few of the out of the way snorkel areas and to the North Shore beaches. The big frogs were kind of noisy at night, but we thought they were cute...and a occasional donkey honk was funny. The goats made their way up the hill one day. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here on our next trip to St. John. Website: www.inharmonyretreat.com.

That was one of the places my brother looked at for his honeymoon. It is cute. Unfortunately, I'll be darned if I can find the e-mail that had the rates in it anywhere in my inbox and I didn't see them on the site.

I'd like to see rates also. Most places have that on their websites. Guess you have to email them ?

I found it after I said that. It's on Carefree Getaways page. I believe it's $2300 in-season and $1775 off-season. I want to say it's $2800 during Christmas, but that might not be the right price.

It's a cute place. Maybe someday I'll find someone to take an anniversary/honeymoon trip with.

I thought the price was listed on the villa website somewhere, but for some reason I can't load the website right now; however, pricing is listed here also:

$1500 off season, $2000 in-season per week

Looks really cute, will have to put it on my list. But I have to ask, what's on the other side of that big wooden fence? Something like that is usually put up to screen/block something and I'd be curious to know what it is.

I didn't really walk around to look, but I think it is just there to keep your privacy. I could see the top of another house down a little way, and a lot of trees and bushes, so I just think that is on the other side of it.

I think if you can find a place on vrbo.com that's the way to go.

That looks like a great place. If I could only pull myself away from Cruz Bay
