Just wanted to find out if anyone has stayed at Sundance Villa? It is a sister villa to Cloud 9. If anyone has info I would love to hear about it. We are thinking about this villa for July 08.

We just stayed at Sundance in August. The villa met all of our needs. It is not a deluxe villa, but it is basic, clean and in good condition. The pool was nice to have, even though it is nothing fancy. The hot tub was used almost every single night. Two of the bedrooms are pretty equal with a third being a bit smaller. Nice coolers, beach towels, beach chairs. The drive up to it is very easy and we liked being so close to town. Moonsong shares the driveway, but we never were bothered by the guests. The upper deck at Sundance is great for cooking at the villa and enjoying dinner with a view. It does look over a salt pond which didn't thrill me, but the rest of the view was great. It was so nice to hear the waves from Hart Bay. For the price, Sundance is great! Marcy from Cloud Nine was so easy to work with and responded anytime we had an issue. The a/c at the villa was COLD and so nice to have in all of the areas. The only suggestion we had for Marcy was maybe a little bit better kitchen utensils. We would return to Sundance in a heart beat if that type of villa was what we were looking for. I have pictures I can post, but not with me. Let me know if you'd like to see them.
