Gender breakdown?

I am curious about the gender breakdown of this forum. I don't suppose that information is readily available.

The recent post about the "other" forum brought this to mind. My sense is that this forum has a predominantly female presence...hence the "group hug" vibe. Oh sure, there are some guys on this forum who post fairly regularly, but I get the sense that some do so in an attempt to impress the women with their "sensitivity."

I miss Jorge. Not just because he was a foil, but because he gave us guys on this forum an excuse to do something other than talk about chick stuff.

I truly enjoy this forum but, to be honest, lately it has taken on the feeling of a baby shower. Ick. Ick. Ick.

Bandit, where are you?

I'm a guy. Lets talk about the M.I.L.F bar Gorge and Rick are talkin about gettin started. Now thats a guy subject for sure. I volunteer to be on the hiring committee. I vote my wife in by default she's pretty darn hot for a forty something mom. That would cover one job on island maybe I could learn to sail and take formulites out on snorkeling trips.

That's a business that could really take off.

I'll let you answer all the "What does MILF mean?" questions. Have fun with that.

Is there room for my wife, Marcia, in this operation? I'm biased, but I think she has it going on.

Hey, Pete, funny that you should post what you did, as I've thought the same for awhile. And I also miss Jorge's frequent and zany contributions.[As to Jorge getting blasted in private e-mails, I don't get it. What's with that?]
You've been on the forum here a lot longer then I have, but I've been on long enough to watch it go thru quite a few cycles and changes. I still like it enough that I at least lurk pretty much every day, but it has been on a "chick-chatty" phase lately, and your baby shower analogy was right on the mark. Gosh, ladies, could you all at least give us a good cat fight once in awhile to liven things up?

I rarely have a gender breakdown. Pete (Mr. Marcia), what do wear during your gender breakdowns?

As to the MILF bar, I don't want to start one, I want to be one. Oh, those little heels dancing on my back...

As for sociometrics, this is a rather self selecting group. You have to want to hang out in the same place and be able to afford doing so... with chicks in charge. I've always prefered to work under women.

Cheers, RickG

JT....

If you want a cat fight, just go over to the other forum, you'll get all you want.

Agreed, there is a chick vibe, but have to admit I like what they have to say!

That said, I too like and miss Jorge's often "interesting commentary".

OK, maybe we need to talk about chicks man(anyone watch "The Soup")?

Jorge, take back the reins!

As for a catfight, how about a live web cam for SOTB?

Pete, thanks for the post and hope everything is good with your dairy air.

Yep,
There can be chick vibe every now and then but as said its better than the hostility we have all seen over there. I must admit I have been drawn into one or two nasty post elsewhere.
In the chicks defense though without them we would all still be living in caves "scratching" ourselves. The do tend to motivate us from time to time.
I am in on the MILF bar and would be happy to captian the MILF boat if we can find funding.

Ohhhhh, Gawd whaddya want - burping contests & power tool discussions?

I'll ask. What's MLF? I'm female but not a girlie-girl so I don't want any huggy stuff myself but leave me out of any football or baseball discussions. :)

Now excuse me while I take my broom in for its 3,000 mile tune-up.

So funny. This Forum has been thru so many changes in the many years I have been here. This Forum was referred to as the 'other forum' for some time by some folks who jumped ship and went to a new one. Now, which is the 'other' forum you speak of?

The forum was getting boring there for awhile and I missed Jorge too so I PM'd him and asked him
to come back. I don't think I was the only one.

We don't want cat fights. I come to this forum to relieve stress, not gain more.

Humor is good though. SO what if the women are nice to each other and making friends. I also prefer nice guys without an ego who have some humor and wit. The MILF bar is hilarious! I was actaully going to end the make believe trip report saying that we opened the MILF bar and the SOTB were bartending. They couldn't afford to live on STJ with their bartending salaries so they opened a DILF bar and were trying to decide what forum guys to hire because they are all so hot!

I'll put in my girlie 2 cents. Some of my favorite posters on this board are: Bandit, Pete, JT, and Jorge. ALL of you have been rather silent lately. You used to keep things going and kept me laughing.

Bring it back, boys.
