Can anyone recommend a great hair conditioning product for the beach?

In keeping with tradition, everything I love is discontinued. John Frieda Beach Blonde was great - they had a deep conditioner (kelp help), a spray-in (ocean waves), and regular shampoo and conditioner (cool dip) that not only smelled but worked wonderfully! Gone. I stocked up at an online grocery and have enough for this year, but will need a new idea soon!

I will be interested to hear any good suggestions.

Earlier in the season I snagged the the sun hair care prods from Fekkai (Summer Hair is the name of the line) at Sephora knowing that finding them right before our trip this December may be difficult.

They aren't cheap, but I love the way they smell. I also do major highlighting on my hair (in otherwords I spend a LOT of money staying Blonde) so it's worth it to me to get better products to protect my hair and the color.

Anyway here's the link to one of the products in this line: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.j ... oryId=4221
I also think that Kerastase has a UV protectant spray. You can find these in fine salons.

I started discussion on this topic a while ago, can't remmebr all of the options discussed but you should do a search on the forum for this topic to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Fekkai is great. They have little kits of it at Bath and Bodyworks now. I got one for my trip. Putting it in my box to ship down. I like the Redken spray that you use while you are out in the sun. It is in a brown bottle.

Thanks Grommit, I know what you mean. It can be very costly to stay blonde, particularly in Manhattan. I think I am going to wait until I get back from St John to get my hair done for the holidays. Thanks for the tip on this product. My hair is very fine so it gets really tangled at the beach.

I keep a bottle of something called Sun Milk in my beach bag. I spray it on and comb it through after a swim. It's a Redken product. http://www.redken.com/products/displayProduct.cfm?p=661

I basically snagged ALL the Fekkai line products and checked them out over the summer at home. They worked great.

Thanks FF for finding the Bath ad Body works link! I never thought to check there!

If I had hair - I could. But, seeing that I'm a little thin on top - conditioner is replaced by sunscreen.
