QUESTION FOR RON L

Just heard that the two bars and the pool grill at Sapphire are now open. The main resturant is scheduled to open on 11/1. Do you know who will be running it.....I am hoping you tell me that it is one of the good chefs from the island....Patricia Lacourte, Sally (but leave Craig in Frenchtown, Randy or someone else who has a following.
Appreciate the info - three months and one day to go.

I'm glad I peeked at this message
However, having enjoyed the quiet of Sapphire sans restaurants I'm very much in two minds about this new development.

We are staying at Saphire Village in about a month so I will make sure and let everyone know what's going on.

Sorry... I've been out of the country and am just catching up. I hate to say that I have no idea. The only time I have spent on St. Thomas is the trip between the ferry to and from STJ and the airport. Sorry that I can't help.
