STT Car Rental To STJ

Someone posted earlier that for a daily fee, one of the STT car rental places would come over to STJ to help you out of a fix. Can anyone elaborate?
I think you are refering to a post of mine. Budget on STT offers extra " insurance" It's $8/day and they will come to St. John to fix or replace your car.
Some companies charge a flat fee if they have to come to get the car, I was told by one, I can't recall which , that we would be responsible for hiring a wrecker to get the car to the ferry.
