Do any of you know if Courtesy Car Rental has a parking lot that you can park in, if you rent your car from them of course, when you go into town to eat & shop etc??

Courtesy does have a parking lot (although small) that you can use when you are in town. Their lot is also the front yard of "The Front Yard", so parking is scarce in the evenings. But it's very convenient to town... an easy walk to everything. We usually tried to get to town in the late morning or early afternoon and never had a problem with a parking spot. The best part is, they park the cars heading out to the street, so when you pick up your car, you can just drive out over the sidewalk onto the street, saving you a 91 point back-up & turn situation :D We had an extremely good experience with Courtesy and I would highly recommend them. :D

We have used Courtesy 3 out of 4 times and have been VERY happy with all three times.

Ask California Girl said, there is parking there.

We used them too, and parked in their lot with no problem.

We've also had 3 good experiences with Courtesy. The parking is convenient and the employees are friendly and helpful.

We had a positive experience with Courtesy. Their parking lot is small, however, we had no trouble finding a space during the day. Parking there in the evening was a different story. Perhaps it depends on the time of year you go; we went in February and found that if we arrived past 6:00 pm, the lot was barricaded and we could not park there. As mentioned previously, their parking lot is also the lot for the "Front Yard" bar, which perhaps was the reason for the barricade. We then had to get lucky and find a spot in town or pay a nominal amount to park at Slimman's, which thankfully, was rather convenient. In fact, we used Slimman's a few times when we were there and were happy with that experience.

Courtesy reminds us every year that we can't park there at night because of the Front Yard, but we never have a problem with it. We are there in the summer and can find a place to park.

We also used Slimmans a couple of times. They are very nice and it is affordable to park there all day, or just a couple of hours. The gal that runs the lot is a hoot!

We were told upon renting from Courtesy that we could not park in their parking lot after 6pm. However, if we parked before 6pm and left our car there well after, that was fine. We had 6pm reservations one night, parked there at 5:45, picked up the car at around 7:30 or so with no problem.

To re-iterate what everyone else said, the parking lot is small and I was nervous about being able to find a spot on a daily basis. However we never once had a problem. I would definitely recommend them.
