Going to St. John This Weekend...Finally Booked Villa!

I am one of those people that obsesses about villa choices. You know, stay up late hours staring at every website, reading every review and Googleing everything.
Thanks to forumite Rick G, we booked Cocotier for this weekend. His pictures were a big help.
Nothing like waiting for the last minute! The girls in our group have been asking for months..."where are we staying? Have we booked it yet?"
Can't wait to get to the island. We will be at the Beach Bar on Sunday for Jazz!

Wow, you really did wait until last minute!
Did you get a discount for waiting? We once booked 10 days prior to coming down and got 20% off.

Umm yeah, that would be me also. It's an illness! Cocotier looks like a great villa. Can't wait to hear all about it. Wow, you did wait until the very last minute didn't ya?

Yes we did get a 20% discount. Not sure that's because I waited so long or because it is September.
I really wanted this house because we stayed in another Virgin Grand Estates house and loved the neighborhood. High enough up to catch a breeze to help stifle the September heat.
I guess now its time to start packing!
