Island-y food

I have been suffering from "want to be in the islands" syndrome for the past few months. (Next trip is May 08.) To relieve some of the symptoms, we try to find island-y food and drink, so here are a few we have enjoyed recently:
- Grilled marinated steak in Pickapeppa Sauce. This was on the menu at Morgan's Mango and we love that sauce, so we tried it as a marinade and it was great.
- Hubby made a rum, papaya, lime slushie drink.
- Enjoyed some Tings on a hot day
- Sucked on sweet tamarind. Its available at some Asian markets - its not pucker-inducing like some varieties, but has that nice tamarind taste.
- Went to a new bakery nearby that has home-made sorbets. Had mango, passion fruit and coconut. They were soooo yummy and we are now hooked on that stuff.
- We're going to try a restaurant called Mango Mikes - they're supposed to have Caribbean fare.
- I need to order some Cruz Bay Grill Rub from Ruth. Loved the marinade recipe on the bag with pork chops.

Any other ideas are welcome!

I go fishing...not that I ever went fishing on STJ...just being on the water reminds me of being on STJ (only the water is nowhere near as beautiful as on STJ).
