Has anyone stayed at or know much about Carnival Beach House?

I'm trying to figure out if the guest cottage is a rental for 1 group or 2 groups. I think I could handle staying at the guest house with privacy while the owner was in the main house. I know I couldn't handle the owners and someone else in the guest cottage that you share the pool with.

We are so spoiled staying at sanctuary with our clothing optional pool and ocean front location, but we can't afford a stay there again soon.

I've been curious about it too. I like the location, plus its new and attractive. Here's an excerpt from www.carnivalbeachhouse.com/

"Double occupancy. 1 - 2 persons occupying one of the suites will have exclusive use of the Guest Cottage."

Certainly I'd want too confirm that, though.
