I was talking to a good friend of mine the other day and found out that he will be on a family reunion cruise that will stop at STT during the time we'll be on STJ.

We decided that my wife and I would meet him and his wife and show them around STJ.

Their ship is scheduled to be in port from 9AM to 8PM, so they should have plenty of time. There will only be two ships in port that day, so while it likely won't be super crowded, I imagine the area around the ferry will be a zoo with taxis, etc.

Where do you recommend that we try and arrange to meet them? We could drive into Cruz Bay early and park, then meet them somewhere within walking distance from the ferry dock (Beach Bar?).

I'd vote for JJ's, but then again, I always vote for a stop at JJ's.

Why not at Ruth's place? It is right there as they come off the ferry and then they can get some early shopping in as well.

Plus it smells so good at Ruth's!
