A poster on another thread inquired about Hummingbird Villas in Frank Bay. I am posting a link here for her so others can see it. This is a very reasonably-priced property with a convenient location within walking distance to town. Worth looking at!

Thanks. I've seen the site before but didn't mark it.
Can you tell me, is the name Hummingbird Villas or Hummingbird Hill Villas?
Your title says Hill and the site doesn't, but I've seen it refered to other places as Hill as well.
I know there's also a villa on Gifft Hill called Hummingbird Hill. No relation, I assume.

Ooops, it's just "Hummingbird Villas." Not sure why I felt the urge to put the word "hill" in there. I fixed it.
I know there is a villa on Giftt Hill. No relation.

I toured all three Hummingbird Units this past spring. PM me if you'd like details.

Those look good to me for a future trip and in our price range.
