The latest updates are posted on our <a href="

Okay - officially time to be stressed. Yes, I HATE this time of year. It's bad enough worrying about them coming here, but I find that I am JUST as stressed about the thought of it hitting STJ.
Keeping my fingers crossed for EVERYONE in "the cone".
I can tell you that the Gulf waters are HOT. Went fishing yesterday, and it really worries me for ANYTHING that gets into those waters.
I pray for Martinique but am hoping it stays far enough away from STJ that our favorite island and our island buds are okay.

They say it is not going to hit us here in SE FL.
I need to stock up on canned goods and water though.
I also hope STJ is spared. We had some storms when I lived there in 2003,04,05 but nothing like Marilyn and I think that was 96.
I will keep all in my thoughts and prayers.

We have dear friends leaving PA on Monday for their 10-day honeymoon on St. John. I talked to the groom today and he is nervous about the weather.

Here are latest 3 and 5 Day track projections.
Next update at 5pm.
Looks like Jamaica may get a direct hit, followed by the Yucatan.
