Picks for a great villa in Coral Bay

Guys I am getting desperate. Just when I think I have found "the perfect" villa in Coral Bay for May 2008, I see something that makes me say is this really the one. Let me add that I am anxiously waiting for the first finished inside pictures of Reef Madness!
Give me some of your best choices for 2 couples.
You know, a/c, pool, views, privacy etc. between 2,800 and 3,400 aprox.
Now I know why we stayed at Le Virage two years in a row. I didn't want to go thru this torture.
Find me a villa and I promise I won't bother anyone here again.

Susan & Herb - don't know what time of year you are going but if you are going in the off-season, this one (Coral Rays) is one I have had my eyes on:

Thanks for the help here.
Marybeth, Winsome House doesn't have a/c.
Nothintolose, Coral Rays is really nice, but the master bedrooms are down below to the right if you notice in the pictures. I also think they are the ones that have a/c. I did not want to have to walk up to the main house.

Great Turtle Villa was also on my list, but although they liked the house I was told, the bedrooms and bathrooms were small.
'
Drakes View (not Lookout) also looks interesting but I have not gotten any review info. from anyone so I am a little hesitant here.

Here are two villas that I have considered. Have not read any reviews on them though.

njhdrider - I agree with you - we checked out that villa when we were there this past June and that is where we want to stay next time...didn't know if Upper Carolina was considered part of Coral Bay
That villa is amazing with beautiful views of both the BVIs AND Coral Bay.
The only downside we saw was that there was no view from the pool.

Luminaria is fantastic. It is on our long list only because we need to assume we will be only two people as the other couple is way up in the air (read-kids in college) and we will be there for 10 days. Mucho denaro we think!!!!

I've got one for you Susan. I haven't been in this house but it's new and it looks really nice. Price is right and it has AC in bedrooms too. It's on my short list
http://www.bookitvi.com/bueno.htm. It's on Bordeaux Mtn. which is a great location.
I struggle with the villa decision everytime too. Good luck!

I think Casa Bueno is up for sale and can't be rented for more than 6 months out. I love this villa too...sure wish I could take it off the owner's hands.

That's the problem with Casa Bueno. I can't wait that long to reserve a villa. Love it though.

Susan -- Are you only interested in Coral Bay? Cinnamon Tarn or Le Chateau in Catherineburg would be perfect. The views are to die for and even w/o A/C the winds are so strong that it gets cool at night. Just a suggestion. I have photos of Le Chateau. I would be happy to email you.

Hi Susan,
I been following your search for a villa and I have not seen this one mentioned:
www.caribbeanvilla.com/orions_hill/index.html
It seems to have everything you need. We stayed at a villa on Ajax Peak last month and admired this villa.
It has easy access to Coral Bay and the drive to Cruz Bay or the beaches on the North Shore were not bad at all.
Just another one to check out.
