Choc Hole Development.... Pond Bay

Precisely why I opted NOT to rent in Choc Hole this year.... http://www.on-stjohn.com/
Blech! That is impacting the view from a lot of very nice villas. We'll be staying on Great Cruz Bay and Coral Bay the next two trips... good timing.
Hopefully we'll still be able to access Chocolate Hole for snorkeling.
