Last month, I read that the Dolphin Market was building across from the the Palm Plaza on South Shore Rd. The article mentioned completion target of December.

Has anyone seen or heard anything on island?

Passed by many times last week, no discerable activity

Dolphin Market will actually be leasing space in the building, which is still under construction across from Palm Plaza. The site has been cleared and as far as I can tell, the beginning stages of construction have begun.
