Reaching Destination St. John via email?

Has anyone had trouble reaching Destination St. John on email lately? I've sent a couple to
info@destinationstjohn.com and haven't gotten a response. I'll call, but prefer to correspond via email since I never get a chance to call during business hours.
Thanks

Yes, I recently had some issues getting in touch with them via email. They did get back to me after a couple of weeks. Apparently they were having some server issues, I would just give them a call - sounds like they are still having issues, not as convenient but I think ? they are open on saturdays?

Do not use
destinationstjohn@earthlink.com
Earthlink was a forwarding server, we have been having lots of problems with. I believe we've got the problem licked, you should be able to reach us at
info@destinationstjohn.com
I'm sorry for anyone's inconvenience.
Let us know if you are still having any issues.....

Thanks for your support!

I read the forums daily, as a silent observer. It does matter to me what you all think. However, I don't like to post except when absolutely necessary. It's actually lots of fun to see all of your passion about St. John. With the day to day drudgery of real life and work, it helps to keep us in tune with what beautiful island we call home, and to give daily thanks that we are so lucky to live and raise families here.
Thank you all for my daily reminder.

Laura, good to know y'all keep an ear to things. When we rented Cocotier from DSJ we got great service and a very nice property. I got an awful lot of followup private messages and email about the property. Jan&MikeVa had good things to say about their stay there as well.
I think the approach to your villa inventory is great - new and nicer properties at pricing that reflects that. One thing, the terse descriptions and relative lack of photos make it harder for the villa veterans to compare and contrast your properties. That's what drove me to do a quick photo walkthrough of Cocotier. These photos seemed to answer a lot of questions that people had for me on the villa.

Rick, gotta agree the more photos the better. But at least DSJ has an availability calendar. Drives me crazy the sites that don't - namely Carefree Getaways.
