Howdy kids!

Like Flip Flop, I have been INSANELY busy with work for the past two months and haven't had time to eat lunch, much less keep up with the goings on here on the board.

Suffice to say that I miss everyone and I miss reading all the trip reports!

All I can say at this point is I have exactly 134 days until my feet hit St. John -- and the days can't sail by fast enough! Now, of course, I'm hoping for a time machine to slow things down when i get there but I'm also hoping that a painkiller or two will assist me in that regard.

As rewarding as my career is and no matter how great my recent accomplishemnts, they pale in comparison to absolute peace I feel when I am on St. John, spending time with the people I love.

134 days... just 134 days....

She lives! Working like a crazy woman is a common DC-area pathology, STJ is the cure.

Hello Gromit...we can all relate to being busy at work nowadays, and are so glad you were able to come up for air!!

My work is crazy too, plus we are currently having a BIG, BIG reduction in our workforce going on. I am trying to keep a low profile!!

Hang in there and dream of STJ...that is what gets me by and I don't even have a "real" countdown yet!!
