HELP Spirit Air

I am a member of their $9.00 club and I got an email of a great fare to STT...
When I try to book it for me and my friend it gives me the regular rate. I can not get in touch with Spirit either........the lines are full
Help please, what am I doing wrong for those that have used Spirit.

Could be that they are sold out of seats available at that fare. They only alot a small number of seats at the $9 rate.

Well, I MAY BE able to offer some info. The Spirit call center in Lauderdale closed. They have/had 200 people in a call center in Michigan as of about 6 weeks ago but a rep there said the center was about to close and Spirit was moving the operation to..... India. Go fiqure. I ALSO have been trying to phone them for the last 2 weeks and have yet to get an answer. So I said to hell with it and gave up. Anything you do with Spirit is thru the web site.
I am not a member of the 9 $ club but I do know to get that rate you have to log in thru that site and use your member id #. IF you are doing that then the 9 $ fares are sold out. I like Spirit but their customer service s*cks!

I also heard that ALL people who are trying to book have to be a member of the $9.00 club ie: 1 person can't book 3 seats if the other 2 are not $9.00 members - I don't know if this is true or not but if your friend is not a member maybe that is the problem. Try booking it just for yourself and see if you can get the $9.00 fare if so your friend may have to join up if they are not already a member.

I am a member of the 9.00 club and had to be to get the 44.00 fare one way to STT.....when I try it gives me 144.00......never thought they may be sold out.
