Help me remember....cream of coconut - flakes?

I recall someone mentioning a product as a substitute for coco lopez/cream of coconut. Not the simple squeeze one but I think it was flakes?? We're enjoying some Lime 'n coconuts drinks tonight but the squeezeable cream of coconut is throwing the flavor off just a bit. Next, making a key lime pie. Thanks, Ali~

It was CA Girl, but I don't remember the name of the product. Maybe try a search

Thanks ladies. I did a search and found it. Yes, it was CA Girl who first mentioned the coconut snow, followed by a post from sea-nile providing the link:

Sorry you guys... I took a break from the forum for a couple days (aaagghhh!!)

Yes, Mary Beth's right. It's Coconut Snow. Works great, but very sweet... don't use more than a teaspoon full and then adjust it to your own taste.

Hope this info isn't too late for you!
