New Horizons II - Do they send you a confirmation via email?

I submitted a booking for the NHII day trip on Friday. I had to fax over my CC info to secure the reservation. I haven't received an email or any sort of confirmation. Is this typical? Should I call or wait a few more days?

We heard back from them, but it is because they had to move us to Breakaway. They seem to prefer e-mail as the method of communication. I would wait a few days and if you don't hear from them, then send them an e-mail.

While communication might not be their strong suit, I can tell you the trip is definitely worthwhile. It was one of the high points (among many) of our trip.

I think we got one too.

The trip itself was great and well worth doing. I loved the stops and the places we visited. Our crew wasn't great though. They didn't explain much and they rushed us through the first two stops (complete with the captain tapping his watch and telling us to hurry).

I sent them an email yesterday and still haven't heard back. Maybe it's a big week because of the 4th? Regardless, I'm a bit unsure at this point. I hope we get a better crew. The "tapping of the watch" would be a bit annoying for sure.

It was but the trip itself made up for any shortcomings. It really did.

We had a captain who was not too helpful either. Perhaps you had Chad also. Lisa, however made up for it, and the trip was very good. It was our last full day there and a grreat finish to the week.

Jim, we indeed had Chad. We had Tracy as the "mate" though. She was personable and fun, which also helped.

BTW, I thought of you when I had a bushwacker at Jost.

Thanks but I still think you should have brought me along to help with the heavy lifting.
